Metadata : EXIF

The word EXIF (Exchange Image Format) designates data which are stored by the camera during the snapshot and which include the photo format, date and time of the snapshot (some models don't manage them well), the camera model, the size of the photo (width and height given in pixels), the exposure, the color space, the ISO sensbility, the aperture...

Let's see now how Aperture manage them. First, we open the inspector (Window menu and Show the inspectors) :

Voilà toutes les données EXIF dans l'inspecteur d'Aperture. Click on the EXIF button which is located at the bottom of the Metadata window, then check the desired checkboxes to add the EXIF data which you want :

Of course, you can uncheck what you don't need. You just need to click on the (-) button on the right of the data :

To switch from a data type to another one, you just need to click on the "Metadata" bar :
